Multi-Level Hesitant Fuzzy Based Model for Usable-Security Assessment

Present day healthcare sector is frequently victimized by the intruders. Healthcare data industry has borne brunt of highest number breach episodes in last few years. The key reason for this attributed to sensitivity and high costs entailed trading over dark web. Hence, usable-security evaluation information systems need hour so as identify vulnerabilities provide preventive measures a shield against breaches. Usable-security assessment will help software designers developers prioritize attributes according customers’ needs bridge security gap. This study, particular, evaluates Health Information Software Systems (HISS) design tactics perspective using Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem solving techniques. Hesitant fuzzy based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal-Solutions (TOPSIS) methods have been applied conduct quantitative analysis software. Five 12 sub-attributes with 6 HISS alternatives Indian hospitals considered work assessment. To draw priority list from analysis, results study show that selected attained following ranking order: User-Error protection, Learnability, Data validation, Robustness, Revoke access, Intrusion detection, Authentication, Encryption, Limit Reliability, Efficiency, Audit trail respectively. Furthermore, HISS-1 alternative achieved satisfaction degree followed HISS-2 HISS-4. HISS-6 got lowest score context providing ideal mechanism. present research endeavour be helpful findings facilitate developing secure usable products initial stages development process itself.
